A practical way through a full house
Start with what stays. Then show us the rooms, storage areas, and bulky pieces that need to leave. We’ll ask about stairs, carrying distance, loading access, and timing so the work can be scoped around the actual property.
House cleanout detailsCleanouts built around the reason you’re clearing
A move-out, an attic, and an estate do not need the same plan. Choose the page that matches the job.
Point out what stays.
We plan what leaves.
A clear first call prevents avoidable surprises on cleanout day.
- 1
Describe the rooms
Tell us how many areas are involved and name the largest items.
- 2
Explain the access
Stairs, gates, parking, attic hatches, and long carries affect the plan.
- 3
Confirm the removal group
Set aside valuables, documents, keepsakes, and anything that must remain.

What shapes an estimate?
Volume, item type, stairs, carrying distance, disassembly, sorting, and loading access all matter. A few clear photos can help start the conversation.

Questions worth answering before cleanout day
Do I need to move everything to the curb?
No. Describe where the items are located when you call so interior carrying, stairs, and access can be included in the plan.
Can I leave uncertain items in the house?
Keep uncertain items in a separate review group. The person authorizing the job should make final keep-or-remove decisions before loading begins.
What should I set aside first?
Documents, medication, keys, cash, jewelry, photos, and irreplaceable keepsakes should be secured before the removal group is finalized.
Make room for what happens next.
Tell us what needs to go, where it is, and what access looks like. We’ll talk through the next step.
